Hello everyone this is my first entry since I have created MARCARIB LIFESTYLE, this Facebook fan page is dedicated to share my lifestyle with the world, I am a Mexican girl who followed a raw vegan diet for 1 year, and have experienced many positivechanges since I started this lifestyle :). I really like the way that you can eat more fruits and vegetables in so many different types of combinations, almost everything can be done in a raw vegan version. ex:lasagna, spaguetti, cakes, sushis, hummus, ice cream, pie,etc. There are an unlimited number of nice things to eat, the only issue is that you have to dedicate time preparing meals, from washing your fruits and veggies to cutting them etc.
For example, for green juices you have to be well prepared with its ingredients, lets say you have to leave home early in order to get your juice done as fast as possible, I recommend you having the fruits well washed, cut and ready to squeeze :).
If you go to work and there are no options for a vegan or raw vegan lunch, you can prepare yourself your meal in advance, either in the morning or the night before, so you can stick to the diet without falling into non-vegan or sugary fat cravings:).
If you are interested (a) in this lifestyle a try, I invite you to give yourself a chance and Go vegan for about 15 days and see what your body manifests. Be ready for many positive changes as well as for some detox symptoms.
In the first 15 days of eating a raw vegan diet, detox symptoms can occur, such as headache (I experienced this since I decided to leave caffeine), perhaps more bowel movement, because the stomach is cleansing the body, lack of energy due to the body detoxifying, among others, but do not be frightened by them, it is a normal result from the body being cleansing and usually these symptoms will pass within 15 days, I personally had bad headache for like five days cause of quitting caffeine, since my body was used to the substance intake.
